THE BUNDLE OF LIES AS PER THE STATEMENTS OF INDIAN PM, DEFENCE  MINISTER AND FINANCE MINISTER.

The case of ONE RANK ONE PENSION is about twenty-five years old and not forty years old as the PM repeatedly has been saying, which is nothing but just to disrepute the previous Govt. in general and congress party in particular.

The PM and Defense Minister have made repeated statements that the case of ONE RANK ONE PENSION is a complex issue, and some time a vexed issue. If that were so how a PM candidature had made repeated such statement that if BHATYA JANATA PARTY came in power, they would implement the ONE RANK ONE PENSION without any delay or any hitch. Was it just to befool the nation and Defence forces? If that is the character of a nation’s PM, what such a PM can do any good to the nation, how can he bring “Good days” for the public? However, the PM has brought Good days for himself and his Party for none else. Well done the PM.

 In addition, the PM and Defense Minister have also made repeated statements that in the case of the case of ONE RANK ONE PENSION, clarification on definition are needed. What a great joke? Who will clarify what, rather, from where/whom are the seeking clarifications, especially when the definition on ONE RANK ONE PENSION has been clearly and fully accepted by the supreme court of India and parliament of the country. Also, the Defence forces and the IESM have made it clear that nothing else is acceptable to them other than what has been accepted by the Apex court of the country and parliament of the nation. What else is needed? It is evident that, they are just passing the time, and playing in the hands of bureaucracy, as well as demonstrating their own incompetence. Such are the PM and the Defence Minister.

PM Modi further has been saying that his Govt. is committed to 'one-rank-one-pension' scheme, but when, after what period, will the commitment be fulfilled? Will it be fulfilled after one week or one month or one year, or 10 years or 50 years or in the indefinite period? As the whole nation knows that they committed during election rallies that the ONE RANK ONE PENSION would be implemented on taking over the charge of the Govt. where that commitment has eloped? No one knows.

The PM says, “The entire country has debated on the positives and negatives of ONE RANK ONE PENSION. It is important to known what have been the drawbacks”. Which forum the matter has been debated? It is nowhere debated. In fact, the country never debates. Some political parties or few persons on TV channels have debated and no one ever spoke against the implementation of ONE RANK ONE PENSION. Why the PM should lie on the issue just to hide his inefficiency or incompetency?

The PM says, that many sections have praised his government's achievements in the past 12 months. In fact, no one from the public has ever praised except the BHATYA JANATA PARTY and its ministers. The PM himself keeps bragging in all the forums within the country and abroad and keep criticizing all other political parties especially Congress Party. However, the public has no objection of such acts of the PM, but the public very well knows the PM is doing nothing but talking a lot of his Govt., Party and doing sort of electioneering from day one of his taking over as PM and trying to ensure the victory in the next general elections.

The Defence Minister Mr. Parikar has been giving dates after date for implementation of the ONE RANK ONE PENSION, but failed every time. He seems to be completely ignorant about himself and his competency as has been seen from his all previous commitments. He is dictated by the bureaucrats and does not have any knowledge of the subject and his powers of Defence Minister. There seems to be no alternative of such a situation.

Congress saying that the PM has further compounded the problem by saying it was a "complex issue". However, the version of Congress Party may be correct upto some extent, but what did the Congress Party do for 25 years when they were in power? During the Congress rule, the BHATYA JANATA PARTY too had been making such statements.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday assured the ex-servicemen that his government would soon resolve the tangles related to the "One rank, One pension" (ONE RANK ONE PENSION) issue and those interests of retired defence personnel is a "matter of faith and expression of patriotism" for him. "Interests of the former defence personnel are a matter of faith and expression of patriotism for me," Seeking more time from ex-servicemen, Modi said, "This government, and I repeat, this government will give a solution to ONE RANK ONE PENSION."

So is in the case of finance  Minister, home  Minister and the  President of BHATYA JANATA PARTY.

I will not say the PM does nothing, but he brags too much, but does little. Nevertheless, the PM spoke in his initial election rallies of BHATYA JANATA PARTY in 2013; he loudly spoke that if BHATYA JANATA PARTY comes in power, the ONE RANK ONE PENSION will be implemented straightly without any delay. The Party came in power, even funds were allocated for implementation of the ONE RANK ONE PENSION by the Congress Govt., and the BHATYA JANATA PARTY Govt., but nothing happened for a long time. Ex-servicemen resorted to express their grievances not once but number of times, had meetings not once but four times with the Defence Minister. The Defence Minister is a great person, soft spoken and gives an impression as if he will do what he says and that too within the stipulated or given time, but he too brags like the PM and does nothing and gives impression as if nothing is in hand. He has made repeated promises in the meetings and media, but every time failed. What sort of ministers are and what authority they have to comply with their words, the whole nation has come to know.

It may not be out of the context to mention that even the  President of India declared in the joint session of parliament and at other occasions,  but it was according to draft given by the BHATYA JANATA PARTY Govt. as usual, but the Govt. did nothing to keep the words of the  President.

Also, the supreme court of India had given dead line of three months to implement the ONE RANK ONE PENSION, even that did not make any dent on the Govt. in this case too failed to comply with the orders of the Apex court with one or the other excuse.

Defence forces had tremendous faith in the PM and his team. Believed ‘whatever they say will do’. After one year, everyone lost faith in the BHATYA JANATA PARTY. The PM / fin min / def min committed numerous times that ONE RANK ONE PENSION will be implemented; now they make excuses. It seems vexed issue. BHATYA JANATA PARTY before any elections, always committed, they will implement ONE RANK ONE PENSION, blamed Congress for not doing it. Now they are cheating worst than Congress. No one cares for the Defence forces. Nation must be cautious from such cheats.

The Almighty may shower some wisdom on the BHATYA JANATA PARTY’s Ministers, and bless them with courage to run the Govt.
